10 Months Old!

It's hard to believe, but Briana is 10 Months Old! Where has the time gone?

We went to the doctor's office on Monday (we thought she might have another ear infection, but she's just crabby because she's teething - she now has 6 teeth, and is working on more) and Briana weighed 18lbs 9oz! She's getting to be such a big girl!

Briana crawls all over the place, and pulls herself up to a standing position whenever she gets the opportunity. In the past couple of days she has started crawling in a funny way (Mommy needs to get a picture of it), instead of using her knees, she crawls on her feet in hands with her butt WAY up in the air! It's very cute!

Her vocabulary is expanding rapidly, and she's starting to repeat sounds and words that she finds interesting. She enjoys arguing with Mommy, and now refuses to say "Mama." The arguments go something like this:

Mommy: "Say Mama!"

Briana: "Dada!"

Mommy: "Maaa Maaa"

Briana: "Daaaa Daaaaa"

Mommy: "Mama!"

Briana: "DaDa DaDa DaDaaaaa!"

Mommy: "Say Mama!"

Briana: "Say DADA!"
